This module focuses on helping employer managing and tracking their employee’s master data information and related process of controlling their attendance, work schedules (shifts), leaves, vacations, absence, overtime hours based on organization’s calendar, salaries and benefits information. This also includes integration of employees’ attendance with time attendance machine that directly posts the information to attendance system.

This module has a rich reporting system that helps HR in control and evaluation.


In this module HR management can define payroll categories, classifications and its periodical type, payroll payment method, transferring bank and transferred to banks. Also the link with accounting G/L is defined per each payroll category. Payroll is calculated from this module posting automatically the results to accounting with all print outs i.e. salary calculation sheets and bank lists.

Additionally, related governmental reporting is generated from this module i.e. employee income tax, social security and ministry of labor reports.


In this module the HR management can create evaluation form with the required evaluation criteria. The system allows maintain more than one evaluation form.
